AI CV Resume is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, edit, and download professional resumes using customizable templates, AI-powered writing suggestions, and AI Resume Analyzer.
The Service includes both free and paid features. Paid features may include premium templates, advanced AI tools, credit-based full analysis unlocks, and additional functionality.
AI Resume Analyzer may provide a free partial analysis and a paid full analysis that is unlocked with credits. Current pricing and credit requirements are shown in-product and may be updated from time to time.
Pro subscriptions include a monthly credit allocation. Credits included with Pro are refreshed monthly and do not accumulate across billing cycles.
For AI Resume Analyzer, uploaded PDF files are deleted right after text extraction. The extracted resume text and analysis results are stored in your account until you delete your account. To generate analyses and suggestions, resume text is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek), as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are sold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, and applicable sales taxes.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described in the Refund Policy.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://aicvresume.com/legal/refund.
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Linitskii, trading as Linitsky Labs, retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, templates, software, branding, and all related intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service without prior written consent.

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate resume suggestions, analyze content, provide recommendations, and match resumes with job vacancies. AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, out of context, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before using it in your professional endeavors. We expressly disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions, or negative outcomes (including but not limited to lost job opportunities) resulting from your reliance on AI-generated advice, analysis, or content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
