This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested for purchases made through AI CV Resume.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
After cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is granted.
Pro subscriptions include monthly credits for AI features. Credits included with Pro are refreshed monthly and do not accumulate across billing cycles.
Unused credit packs are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once a credit pack has been used, it becomes non-refundable.
Credits used to unlock paid AI Resume Analyzer results (including full analysis unlocks) are considered used credits.
To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your account email and order details within 14 days of purchase.
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
