AI CV Resume is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Linitskii, trading as Linitsky Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you register for an account, we collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Resume content you provide (work experience, education, skills, etc.)
  • Resume photos you upload
  • AI Resume Analyzer results, extracted resume text, and job vacancy descriptions analyzed for match scoring
  • Payment information (processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor)

Uploaded Resume Files

If you use AI Resume Analyzer, we delete the uploaded PDF file right after we extract its text. We do not keep the original file. The extracted resume text and your analysis results (scores, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement suggestions) are saved to your account.

Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address and browser information
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies (such as _ga) and collects usage data such as pages visited, actions taken on the site (for example, signing up, uploading a resume, or making a purchase), device and browser information, and approximate location. If you are logged in, we send Google Analytics only your internal numeric user ID. We never send your name, email address, or resume content to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics loads on every page of our website. Our cookie notice informs you about cookies, but Google Analytics runs whether or not you click "Accept." You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our resume builder service
  • To provide AI Resume Analyzer scoring, weakness detection, job vacancy matching, and improvement suggestions
  • To process your transactions via Paddle
  • To generate AI-powered resume suggestions utilizing various AI models
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To improve our services and develop new features

4. Data Sharing

We share your data with the following third parties solely to provide our services:

  • Paddle — Payment processing
  • AI service providers (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) — We send the text of your resume (including the text extracted from an uploaded PDF and the contact details it contains) and related inputs, such as job vacancy descriptions, to the AI provider we use at the time to generate resume analyses, job match scores, and content suggestions
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — Website usage analytics, as described above

We do not sell your personal data.

Public Resume Links

Each resume has a public link that is off by default. The link turns on when you copy it, and you can turn it off at any time with the Public link switch in the editor or in your resume list. While the link is on, anyone who has it can view the resume and download it as a PDF. When it's off, the page shows that the owner has turned off the link. Public resume pages are not indexed by search engines.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

  • Uploaded PDF files are deleted right after text extraction.
  • Your resumes, resume photos, extracted resume text, and analysis results are stored in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
  • When you delete your account in your Profile settings, we delete your account together with your resumes, resume analyses (including extracted resume text), and resume photos. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

7. Your Rights

You can update your profile information and delete your account at any time in your Profile settings. You may also contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
